Here is what you will need....
-16 oz frozen corn kernels
-1 diced onion
-1 chopped green bell pepper
-1 chopped red bell pepper
-1 can of Campbell's cream of shrimp soup
-1/4 cup milk
- 1 package of imitation crab meat flakes
- 8oz of flavored cream cheese-I picked chive, but Philadelphia makes a salmon flavor that would have worked great in this recipe.-Optional extras: jalepeno, cilantro, tomatoes
How to make
1. Combine the milk, crab meat, cream cheese, and shrimp soup together2. Add the frozen corn and veggies to your crock pot
3. pour the soup mixture over the veggies
4. Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours, stirring a few time throughout
