Check out this great in-store deal from Meijer on 2 Liter Bottle Pepsi, Sierra Mist, Mountain Dew, 7-Up, A&W Root Beer or Sunkist in Northville, MI
I like pop. It is easy to store in my basement and does not expire before I get the chance to drink it.However, there never seems to be any good coupon for pop. Until now!
Here is a little scenario about how I bought eleven 2-liters of pepsi products this week at Meijer for super cheap.....It all started with LAST WEEKS paper. There were 2 pop coupons. #1 was "Save 55 cents off of a Pepsi Max 2-liter', and #2 was"Save one dollar off of two 2-liters of any variety of Sierra Mist".
This week at meijer all of the pepsi products were on sale in the store wide "10 items for $10" sale. This sale happens ALL THE TIME at Meijer, and they include different products every time that they do it. The sale is always advertised as "10 for 10 and get the eleventh product free" (So I just think of it as 11 products for 90 cents each). Well here is what I did......
I used 3 coupons to save 55cents off of Pepsi Max and bought 3 2-liters of that. Then I used four coupons of the "1$ off of 2 Seirra Mist" and bought eight 2-liters of that. So that is a total of 11 pops and 11 coupon applications.
the Pepsi Max ended up being 45 cents each and the Sierra Mist ended up being 50 cents each. The 11th pop was Free! I used a coupon toward all eleven item, including the free one. That's totally legit by the way. Then on top of all of that savings I had a Meijer store coupon to save 25 cents off of any 2 pepsi products.
$3.40 for all 11 pops, meaning each one was approx. THIRTY CENTS EACH!!!!
The moral of the story is this....
#1 you have to buy like at least 4 papers each week to really get the extreme savings
#2 You need to save your coupons until the item is on sale
#3 You need to combine manufactures coupons WITH store coupons on items when they are ON SALE!! Triple whammy!
